  • Designed and rapidly prototyped system upgrades to improve the productivity of Root AI's automated harvesting robot.

  • Characterized the optical response of laser diodes with different input current profiles to understand thermal effects on performance.

  • Co-ordinated critical assembly line modifications the paint shop for the 2019 Rav4 vehicle change while maintaining current proaction capabilities.

  • Designed an innovative, automated method for robotically inserting vanes into oil pumps to meet 7 second cycle time requirements.
  • Redesigned existing assembly line stations to accommodate new parts, automated processes and decreased cycle time.
  • Implemented GD&T and conducted tolerance analysis.

Galeforce Welding Inc. | Robotic Technician

  • Designed new welding and machining fixtures for manufacturing components and assemblies.
  • 3D scanned and reverse engineered existing fixtures.
  • Modelled over 400 parts and 200 assemblies in SolidWorks.
  • Implemented an off-line robotic programming system to reduce the downtime of robotic welders from 3 days to 1.
